Extended Day

Before & After School

Discover your student's home away from home.

At Villa, we offer a fun, engaging, and nurturing childcare program for P3 through 8th grade. Understanding that our students need individualized care, stimulation, and support, we operate three distinct extended-day programs for our Preschool, Lower School, and Middle School students. Within each division, we further recognize each child’s individuality and work with our families to support children through games, conversation, problem-solving, and activities.

Preschool

We are a WA-licensed childcare facility with dedicated Preschool Extended Day teachers who embrace our youngest learners' natural curiosity and specific needs.

Lower School

With many activities and games, Villa's Extended Day is an excellent opportunity for our elementary children to learn problem-solving skills with their friends and other children from different grades. Our dedicated K - 4th grade Extended Day teachers support and guide our children in this engaging multi-age environment.

Middle School and Volunteering

Our Middle School Extended Day is available at no cost to families, enabling our students to remain on campus after school in a safe and supervised environment. In their Middle School lounge with a supervising adult, our students may work on homework, read, play games, or spend time with friends. There are also opportunities for middle schoolers to play outside during this time.

Villa Academy also has a Middle School (6-8) Volunteer Extended Day program. Some Middle School students thrive while playing with their younger Villa classmates and helping our Extended Day teachers. In doing so, our Middle School volunteers accrue service hours and hone their leadership skills.
