• Celebrations are scheduled for a total of 5 hours.
• Generally, rehearsals are scheduled for one hour, one to two days prior to the event.
• On the day of the event, you may schedule 4 hours to cover the ceremony, photographs, florist setup, general preparation, and clean up. 
• Clients are responsible for arranging the services of their own celebrant, musician(s), photographer, and florist. Religious and secular ceremonies are welcomed.

Peak Season (April - October)

• Regular Rate: $2,500
• Alumni Rate: $2,000

Off-Peak Season (November - March)

• Regular Rate: $2,000
• Alumni Rate: $1,500

Deposits

A refundable, $250 damage deposit is required in addition to the rental fee. Wedding clients are also obligated to obtain liability insurance in the amount of $100,000.00 for the date of the wedding.
