Due to the continued unhealthy air quality in Seattle, Villa Academy's campus will be closed to all students through Friday, September 18, 2020.
There will be no preschool classes on campus and the supervised on-line instruction for students through the EDP program will not meet on campus.

On-line instruction will take place as previously planned and faculty/staff members will be allowed to use their Villa Academy classroom, if necessary, to provide on-line instruction.

Admissions Process

Like many schools in our area, Villa Academy uses an online system called Ravenna for our admission process. Tour and Open House registration takes place in Ravenna as well as submission of application materials.

Step 1: Create an Account

Go to Ravenna to get started, then search for Villa Academy to register for an event or to start an application. Note: by creating an account, you may explore options and are not required to apply.

Step 2: Visit us! Attend a Tour or Open House

Due to COVID-19, we are offering limited socially distanced 1-1 tours by request. We invite you to view  our campus photo tour and upcoming video tour. Our virtual Open House is on Saturday, October 24th at 12:00 p.m. For those unable to attend Open House, you can learn more about the Villa Experience through upcoming virtual grade level presentations.

Step 3: Submit Application Information

All grades require materials in addition to the application that may include such items as a parent statement, school records, teacher recommendation and test results. All required forms are found within Ravenna and are accessible when you create an account. Specific admission requirements for each grade level are below:
