Like many schools in our area, Villa Academy uses an online system called Ravenna for our admission process. Registration for admission events well as submission of application materials all happen through Ravenna. Just follow the steps below!

Go to Ravenna to get started, then search for Villa Academy to register for an event or to start an application. Note: by creating an account, you may explore options and are not required to apply.
Due to COVID-19, we are offering limited socially distanced 1-1 tours of our campus and buildings. We're also offering Virtual Grade Level
Presentations. Registration for both are available through Ravenna. For Virtual
Presentations we'll send you the Zoom link upon registration.
Virtual Presentation Dates for December and January:
Middle School: Tuesday, December 1, 2:00 p.m.
Kindergarten: Tuesday, December 8, 9:00 a.m.
Preschool: Thursday, December 10, 9:00 a.m.
Preschool: Thursday, January 7, 9:00 a.m.
All grades require materials in addition to the application that may include such items as a parent statement, school records, and teacher recommendation. All required forms are found within Ravenna and are accessible when you create an account. Specific admission requirements for each grade level are below:
For Preschool Threes and Fours: your child must be three or four on or before August 31.
For Preschool Fives: your child must be five on or before December 31. If your child does not meet this cutoff date, please contact us about our Fours Program.
To apply for kindergarten your child must be age 5 on or before August 31. If your child does not meet this cutoff date, please contact us to learn about our pre-kindergarten program.
Applicants applying to grades 1-5 should attend the October 24th 12pm-1pm Open House and/or schedule a meeting with the admissions team to learn more about their child's grade level at Villa.
Applicants applying to grades 6-8 should attend the October 24th 12pm-1pm Open House and/or schedule a meeting with the admissions team to learn more about their child's grade level at Villa.
