How are admission decisions made?

We want all Villa students to thrive, so our goal is to find the best fit between the school and the students we enroll. All components of an applicant’s file are considered by the enrollment committee along with student visit, parent discussion, and any in-school assessments.

Can we apply for enrollment after the deadline has passed?

We ask that families interested in enrolling after the deadline contact the Enrollment Office before submitting an application. You will be considered in our second round of decisions. We also encourage you to apply for financial assistance if affording Villa would be a hardship for your family.

Do you have a waitlist?

After filling our available openings, we establish a wait pool for qualified applicants. Should additional openings become available, our Enrollment Committee will review the wait pool and offer admission to those most appropriate. Most wait pool movement will occur within a few weeks of admission notification in March. On occasion, we may have additional openings at the end of the school year or during the summer.
