Tuition Information & Financial Assistance Resources
Villa Academy offers Financial Assistance for kindergarten through 8th grade families.
Villa is committed to enrolling a talented, mission-fit student body, and to welcoming a population that represents all socioeconomic backgrounds. No family should be deterred from applying for admission due to financial constraints. Villa determines assistance awards based on demonstrated financial need when comparing the student’s educational expenses with the family’s ability to pay. Recipients must reapply for financial assistance each year.
Villa Academy extends a wide range of awards to families who may qualify. In the 25-26 school year, families receiving assistance paid between $1,500 and $39,100. In the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, families receiving assistance can expect to pay between $1,500 and $37,000.
Villa uses Clarity, a financial assistance application system, to determine a family’s level of financial need. Clarity reviews financial information taken from your most recent tax returns, and makes data-based recommendations for financial assistance awards. Villa extends financial assistance awards in conjunction with enrollment and re-enrollment contracts.

Villa Academy’s Financial Assistance program helps close the gap between the costs of attending and a family’s ability to pay.

The Financial Assistance budget is set by the Board of Trustees and is a percentage of our net tuition revenue.
Financial Assistance awards range from a modest award to nearly full tuition. All families are expected to contribute to the cost of their child’s education.
