Every day, Chef Allison and team prepare a fresh and balanced hot lunch made right in our professional kitchen, a rarity in schools today. Kids love dishes like chicken curry, pasta with pesto sauce, greek turkey burgers, and beef teriyaki.
Students can also choose hot soup, made daily, and an array of vegetables from the salad bar or baked potato bar—not to mention the home baked cookies and Villa's famous brownies!
Our food program incorporates seasonal produce from our campus organic garden, planted and maintained by students as part of our curriculum focused on healthy eating and sustainability. Food safety is a priority where you can be sure that any dietary restrictions due to allergies, medications, or religious practice are stringently followed.
